Refund Policy for OnlyShipster Subscription

Thank you for choosing OnlyShipster! We appreciate your business and are committed to providing you with a great experience. Please review our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Subscription Terms

OnlyShipster offers subscription-based services, billed on a recurring basis according to your selected billing cycle (weekly or monthly). By subscribing, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy and are responsible for managing your own subscription, including any cancellations.

2. Refund Eligibility

We understand that situations might change, and you might need to request a refund. Refunds for subscription payments are available under the following conditions:

  • Full Refund: You are eligible for a full refund only if both of the following conditions are met:

    • You cancel your subscription:
      • Within 7 days of the initial purchase for weekly plans, or
      • Within 30 days of the initial purchase for monthly plans
    • You have used no more than 1/4 of the subscription period:
      • Less than 2 days of usage for weekly plans
      • Less than 1 week of usage for monthly plans

    Example: If you are on a weekly plan and cancel on day 6, you're within the 7-day window — but since you've used over 1/4 of the plan, you are not eligible for a full refund.

  • Partial Refund: You may be eligible for a partial refund if you do not meet the criteria for a full refund, but the following apply:

    • You cancel after the full refund window but have used no more than 1/3 of the subscription period:
      • Less than 3 days for weekly plans
      • Less than 10 days for monthly plans
    • The partial refund will be calculated based on the unused portion of your subscription.
  • Non-Refundable: Refunds are not available if you have used more than 1/3 of the subscription period.

3. Responsibility for Cancellation

It is the user’s responsibility to cancel their subscription before the next billing cycle if they no longer wish to continue. Failing to cancel on time may result in automatic renewal and charges, which are non-refundable.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at onlyshipster@gmail.com or use the in-app chatbox within the eligible refund period. Include your order number and reason for the request. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days.

5. Changes to this Policy

OnlyShipster reserves the right to update this refund policy at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting within the app or on our website. We encourage users to review this policy periodically.
