We understand that situations might change, and you might need to request a refund. Refunds for subscription payments are available under the following conditions:

Full Refund: You are eligible for a full refund only if both of the following conditions are met:
- You cancel your subscription:
- Within 7 days of the initial purchase for weekly plans, or
- Within 30 days of the initial purchase for monthly plans
- You have used no more than 1/4 of the subscription period:
- Less than 2 days of usage for weekly plans
- Less than 1 week of usage for monthly plans
Example: If you are on a weekly plan and cancel on day 6, you're within the 7-day window — but since you've used over 1/4 of the plan, you are not eligible for a full refund.
- You cancel your subscription:

Partial Refund: You may be eligible for a partial refund if you do not meet the criteria for a full refund, but the following apply:
- You cancel after the full refund window but have used no more than 1/3 of the subscription period:
- Less than 3 days for weekly plans
- Less than 10 days for monthly plans
- The partial refund will be calculated based on the unused portion of your subscription.
- You cancel after the full refund window but have used no more than 1/3 of the subscription period:
